SUMMARY:Girl Scout Program: Camping Adventure (Junior Girl Scouts)
DESCRIPTION:AT our Black Earth Campus\, 10648 Sutcliffe Road\, Black Earth\, WI 53515 \nDiscover all that can be found in nature with this overnight trip to the Aldo Leopold Nature Center in Black Earth. Sit around the campfire\, share stories and watch the stars light up the night sky. We will learn how to identify constellations\, take a night hike\, listen for the sounds of animals in the night\, and feel the cool breeze of the night air. After breakfast (provided)\, we will learn how to plan for an outdoor adventure and then head into the forest to test your camping skills from building a campfire to leaving no trace. \nShared indoor sleeping space is available. Outdoor tent space available as well. Please note preference on registration form. \nCampfire snack and breakfast will be provided. \nRegistration Deadline: Friday\, October 28th\, 2016\nRelated Badges: Camper Badge from Get Moving!
