DESCRIPTION:Learn how to make sweet maple syrup by tapping maple trees in our “sugar bush.” Taste maple sap before and after boiling\, and learn how different cultures used this sweet resource. Learn about the modern tools that are used to make this sweet treat we enjoy on pancakes\, waffles\, and sometimes even ice cream.  Maple syrup\, partially boiled sap\, and pure sap will be tasted during this program.   \nProgram designed for K-3rd equivalent or ages 5-8 years old. Please call with questions. \nOnline registration closes at midnight the night before programming. Walk-in registration accepted if space available.
