SUMMARY:Vacation Day: Happy Earth Day to You!
DESCRIPTION:It’s Earth Day!  Let’s celebrate!  In the true spirit of Earth Day\, we will partake in our own conservation project and learn how we can conserve our resources in our own homes as well. In addition\, we’ll spend plenty of time exploring ALNC’s prairies\, ponds\, and forests in search of what makes Earth a wonderful place to live\, work\, play\, and protect! \nCost: $24/child (10% discount for members) \nAdditional info:\n— Vacation Day programming is designed for ages 5-12. Attendees will be split into groups according to age so material may be adjusted accordingly.\n— Please send your child with an extra set of clothing\, appropriate clothing to spend the majority of the day outdoors\, and bug spray and/or sunscreen if appropriate.\n— ALNC provides an afternoon snack. \nExtended Day is available from 11am-12pm and 4-5:30pm at an additional cost.
