Please bring appropriate outdoor clothing.\n— All sessions include a snack.\n– For all sessions\, registration deadline is 24 hours prior to the program. For more information or to register by phone\, call 608-221-0404 x 1. DESCRIPTION:Registration Deadline: Friday\, May 4\, 2018\nDid you know people once used the stars for navigation? Today\, technology has advanced and we can use GPS units to find our way from one place to another. In this class\, we will learn how to read a map (youngest children)\, use a compass (older students) and how to use a GPS unit (oldest students).  We’ll share with each other the pros and cons of each piece of equipment! \n$10/child (ALNC Members save 10%) \nFor all sessions\, registration deadline is the Friday prior to the class. This is done to allow for ALNC to plan for group sizes and staffing needs.
