DESCRIPTION: \nJoin us for an evening devoted to school-readiness and how nature-based preschools fit into the equation.\nCatherine Koons Hubbard\, Preschool Director at Schlitz Audubon Nature Center in Milwaukee\, will present science-based evidence that supports play\, independence and nature-learning as indicators for academic success. Two seasoned public school Kindergarten teachers\, who also teach ALNC summer camps\, will be present to field any questions and assuage any fears or reservations you may have about the school-readiness level of your child. \nLearn more about Catherine Koon Hubbard’s work and How Learning to Put on Rain Boots Leads to Academic Success.    \nChildcare will be provided for ALNP families.
