Did you know a baby turkey is called a poult? 🦃
We've spotted nine little ones running around the Nature Center recently, hurrying to keep up with their mama. Eventually, they'll grow up, form their own groups, and say goodbye to mom once they're able to find food on their own.
A group of turkeys is sometimes called a gobble and sometimes a flock, but the technical term is actually a rafter! ☝️🤓
