Our facility is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm, and from 10am to 2pm on weekends.

Visit us. Everyday, our trails are free and open from dawn until dusk.

Family Public Program: Fall Family Campout!

Back by popular demand, bring the whole family for an overnight campout at our Black Earth Campus filled with nature activities and stargazing around the campfire on a fall night. Bring something to cook over the campfire for dinner (or heat up in the kitchen on site).  ALNC will provide a campfire snack and pancake breakfast.  Bring your own sleeping bag, pillow and tent (if you have one). 4 person tents are available for rent for $10 each. Shared bunk bed space is available in the Leopold Lodge if preferred.

Add on our Family Geocaching Adventure from 1-4pm in the afternoon to extend your family adventure!

Start time: 5pm, Saturday, September 12th
End time: 10am, Sunday, September 13th

Cost: $20/person (Members save 10%)
Attendees age 2 and younger are free.

Pre-registration required. Event may be canceled if a minimum number of attendees is not obtained. ALNC will contact you and refund the registration fee if the event is canceled.
