The Wonder Bugs went on an adventure full of observations!While they were out, the Wonder Bugs were looking for signs of raccoons and they ended up finding a whole lot more! First, they found a bunch of fur on the ground and everybody used their thinking skills to figure out why the fur was there. They came to the conclusion that a fox or coyote must have gotten a rabbit. Next, they found a racoon print in the mud by the pond! It looked like a little human hand with claws. While looking at the print, some of the Wonder Bugs heard a familiar conk-la-ree melody! They had learned about red-winged black birds the week before and were excited to recognize the call.On the island, the Wonder Bugs observed an animal hole, a very large bird nest, a pair of loud geese, a muskrat, and even more red-winged blackbirds!
