What a muddy day! The Wonder Bugs spent their morning learning about mud. ![]()

Did you know mud has many uses? Some animals take baths in mud to stay cool or get rid of bugs. Other animals use mud to build houses, including humans.![]()

After learning all about mud, the Wonder Bugs geared up and went outside to search for it. What a perfect day for this, full of cracking ice, melting snow, and big muddy puddles… Finding mud wasn’t hard at all. As they splashed and explored, they also gathered natural materials to use in their mud sculpture project!![]()

The Wonder Bugs finished up their muddy morning with a quick snack and by making sculptures out of air dry clay and the materials they found outside.![]()
