Wisconsin has been a home to many outdoor enthusiasts who loved spending time outdoors and wanted to protect nature. We will learn about some of Wisconsin’s famous conservationists, from Aldo Leopold to John Muir and Gaylord Nelson. We’ll read and listen to excerpts from some of their writings and works as well as create some of our own conservation writings.
