Our facility will be closed on Thursday, Nov 28th, and Friday, Nov 29th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

As always, our grounds and trails featuring self-guided tours are free and open daily from dawn until dusk.

Home School: Wisconsin’s Native American Cultures

Take a trip back in time to see how Native Americans lived long ago!  We’ll explore artifacts used as tools and learn how nature was the grocery store, pharmacy, and hardware store to Native Americans.  We’ll also hike to a burial mound and learn how and why these land forms were made.

Online registration closes at midnight the night before programming. Walk-in registration accepted if space available. Please call ahead to check availability.
