Our facility is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm, and from 10am to 2pm on weekends.

Visit us. Everyday, our trails are free and open from dawn until dusk.

Our building will reopen to the public at 10am on Saturday, July 5th.

Family Movement Workshop

Bond with your family through playful outdoor movement together!

Explore movement as a family in this multi-generational natural movement workshop led by Shelby Copeland from Force of Nature Movement. Natural movement includes: balancing, jumping, rolling, rocking, crawling, carrying, climbing and more! During this session we will play movement games, learn movement skills, and explore natural obstacle courses during some free play time.

Price: sliding scale, choose what is affordable for your family.

Rain date will be the following day, Sunday, July 20th from 9:30 to 10:30 am.
Decision will be made by 8 pm Friday night and emailed to participants.
