Our facility will be closed on Thursday, July 4th, and Friday, July 5th in observance of the Fourth of July holiday.
Our building will reopen to the public at 10am on Saturday, July 6th.

As always, our grounds and trails featuring self-guided tours are free and open daily from dawn until dusk.

Girl Scout Program: Navigating with Stars & Satellites Overnight (Juniors)

$10 – $25

Discover all that can be found in nature with this overnight trip to the Aldo Leopold Nature Center in Black Earth! Sit around the campfire, share stories and watch the stars light up the night sky. We will learn how to identify constellations and take a night hike. After breakfast (provided), we will find our way by GPS, discovering hidden treasure on the trails at our Black Earth campus.

Additional details: This event is at our Black Earth campus, see below for location details. Indoor accommodations are available for all registrants however scouts are welcome to bring tents to camp outside if they would prefer. Campfire snack and breakfast will be provided. Space is limited, register early.
