Vacation Day: Adventures with Aldo (MMSD)

$10 – $60Did you know that Aldo Leopold’s birthday is in January? Let’s celebrate his birthday by doing some of his favorite activities! We will learn how to observe nature and record what is happening outside. Phenology is a term you will get to learn and use to compare what we see outside here at ALNC with what other people are seeing outside.
Cost: $60/child for full day (9am-4pm)
Please pack a sack lunch. AM and PM snacks provided.
Additional info:
— Vacation Day programming is designed for ages 5-12. Attendees will be split into groups according to age so material may be adjusted accordingly.
— Please send your child with appropriate clothing to spend the majority of the day outdoors and bug spray and/or sunscreen if appropriate.
