Rent our nature-oriented playspace designed to spark exploratory play and imagination in children ages 2-6 (older children are allowed, but may be too big for the equipment). Whether you’re looking to host your child’s birthday party or a friendly classmate meet-up, our playspace is a great space for your kiddos to explore!
What can I expect from my rental?
The playspace will be ready for you at the start of your reservation. There will be a staff member available at the front desk from 10am-2pm for any questions you have. The playspace itself will not be staffed during your event. You are responsible for the behavior of your guests. If you would like to book a child’s birthday party with staff-guided activities, this is where you register. If your reservation goes past 2 pm, there will be a staff member in the building until the playspace is vacated. Reservations can be booked between 10 am and 3 pm on Saturday or Sunday with a 2 hour minimum. Your reservation time is when you have access to the playspace, and the time needed for set-up and clean-up must be included. Please leave the playspace in the condition you found it. Additional fees may be charged for damages or extensive staff clean-up.
What if there is bad weather?
The playspace is an outdoor space and reservations are held rain or shine. If you choose not to utilize the space due to the weather, the rental fee is non-refundable. If the weather is severe, you may reschedule at the discretion of the private events manager, in which case rental fee may be used towards a rescheduled date dependent on staffing and availability.
How many guests can I invite?
Playspace rentals include up to 50 guests, including adults and children.
Are older kids allowed?
Of course, but keep in mind the equipment is made for preschoolers and may be too small for kids over 6 years of age. Please make sure to account for siblings and adults in your guest count to remain under 50 individuals.
Can I bring in food and beverages?
Alcohol may not be brought to the playspace, however, you can bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Please properly dispose of any waste in the garbage and recycling bins provided.
Is there bathroom access?
There is a bathroom in the playspace that you are invited to use. You will not have access to the building aside from normal public hours, which are Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 2pm.
How much does it cost?
The playspace rental base rate is $200, for up to two hours. Additional time is rated at $100/hour. The maximum rental time is five hours. Your payment confirms your reservation and is due by credit card at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged with the Private Events Manager.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the reservation will receive a full refund less a 15% administrative fee. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the reservation date, fees are forfeited but may be rescheduled (dependent on staffing and space availability).
