So many adventures await around the Nature Center!

So many adventures await around the Nature Center!
Nature Beginnings explored the grounds, finding new activities at every stop. Starting at Toad Alley, they made music with natural instruments and climbed giant logs. Then, they walked over to the bridge to spot some frogs. Finally, they took turns climbing and jumping from the well-known ‘Jumping Rock’.

Fall Fest is less than THREE WEEKS away!!
Mark your calendars for Friday, October 3rd for this FREE, family-friendly event.
Our spooky-ish celebration of the season kicks off at 5:30pm with plenty of fun for everyone, including solving a MURDER MYSTERY and hiking through the prairie to play NIGHT TIME NATURE BINGO.
With a free shuttle from Ahuska Park, getting to and from Fall Fest is super easy.

There’s still space available in our Nature School program.
Nature School is a drop-off program appropriate for children ages 5-12 years old. This program is designed to add an environmental education component to your homeschool curriculum.
We currently have openings in our two days a week session, held Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
