Bring the magic of summer camp to life—after hours. Camp Aldo Evenings are a new summer series inspired by our beloved Adult Summer Camp, reimagined as relaxed evenings for adults and families alike. Join us for golden-hour adventures on the prairie, live music, local food and drinks, and hands-on sustainable crafts and activities.
Whether you’re coming for a date night, a family outing, or a casual evening with friends, Camp Aldo Evenings invite you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the Nature Center in a whole new way.

Additional Information About On-site Childcare:
Looking for a little break from your little ones?
The environmental educators at Aldo Leopold Nature Center will provide high-quality on-site childcare during Camp Aldo Evenings so caregivers can relax and enjoy the event.
- Childcare is offered at a flat rate of $35 per child for the duration of the event.
- Children may be dropped off and picked up at any time between 5:00–7:30 pm.
- Children ages 5–11 are welcome (children must be potty trained).
- Pre-registration is highly recommended, as space is limited.
- You may register more than one child per event. If you would like to reserve childcare for multiple events, please fill out the form for each event.
- We will be providing light snacks for all children.
