Home School (Age 9-14): Earth Day Celebration!

April 18, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

$10

Earth Day was a day started by Wisconsin native, Gaylord Nelson, with the goal of taking care of our Earth through eco-friendly activities. We will honor what he started by helping to foster a healthy environment.  Join us as we discover some of the green features of the building while working on outdoor restoration projects in the spirit of Earth Day.
9-14 year olds will conduct an energy audit and create a plan for energy savings in their homes.

For all sessions, registration deadline is 48 hours prior to the class. This is done to allow for ALNC to plan for small group sizes and staffing needs. Please call (608)-216-9370 to inquire about space if trying to register within the 48 hours prior to a program.

$10/child (ALNC Members save 10%)
