Native Plant Sale
In support of children’s environmental education
In partnership with Good Oak Ecological Services and Quercus Land Stewardship Services, we are holding a native plant sale! Visit the Aldo Leopold Nature Center from Friday, May 1st through Monday, May 11th for in-person sales. Native plants are sold as 2×2 plugs and are $5 each.
If you ordered last year… Order again!
Some of the plants are different and you can never have too many native plants. Gift them to a neighbor or friend… it’s all in support of our environment and children’s outdoor education.
Plants for sale include:
For Sunny Areas
- Butterfly Milkweed (Asclepias tuberosa)
- Common Spiderwort (Tradescantia ohiensis)
For Wet Areas
- Cardinal Flower (Lobelia cardinalis)
