We will learn how to identify constellations, take a night hike, listen for the sounds of animals in the night, and feel the cool breeze of the night air. After breakfast (provided), we will head into the forest to use professional forestry tools to identify and measure trees as well as discuss Aldo Leopold’s “land ethic” to examine the forest as a community of living things.
