Vacation Day: Phenology Through Photography

November 9, 2016 @ 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

$10 – $40

Phenology is the study of changes over time and is happening all around us! Even though fall is settling in, there is still plenty happening outdoors to observe! We will learn
about phenology and the connection Aldo Leopold had with recording observations
over time. Then, we will use technology to record observations and compare them
to others taken before.
Please pack a sack lunch. AM and PM snacks provided.

Cost (Arrive at 11am or between 11am and 12pm): $40/child

Additional info:
— Vacation Day programming is designed for ages 5-12. Attendees will be split into groups according to age so material may be adjusted accordingly.
— Please send your child with an extra set of clothing, appropriate clothing to spend the majority of the day outdoors, and bug spray and/or sunscreen if appropriate.

Extended Day is available from 4-5:30pm at an additional cost. See previous page to register.
