Wellness Walk with Color in the Outdoors

Wellness Walk with Color in the Outdoors
Color in the Outdoors and R’oujie Wellness invite BIPOC-identifying community members to join us for a free Wellness Walk at Aldo Leopold Nature Center. Our community has been carrying a lot, and this gathering is an opportunity to spend time in nature, move at a gentle pace, and share space with other BIPOC-identifying people in an environment centered on rest, connection, and collective healing.
R’oujie Wellness will lead a mindfulness exercise, and snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by Forage Kitchen. The Nature Center will provide paper and writing instruments for a reflection exercise, but please bring your favorite journal to write in if you have one. This event is open to both children and adults!

We hope you can join us in taking a breath, and reconnecting with yourself, with community, and with the restorative power of the outdoors.
A photographer may be onsite to document this event. If you would not like your photo taken, please advise the photographer. Thank you!
