Camp Aldo Evenings: Tie-Dye at Sunset
June 21 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Free
Kick off summer with color, creativity, and community at Aldo Leopold Nature Center.
Join us for a relaxed, golden-hour gathering featuring a tie-dye station with everything you need to make your own colorful creation! We will also have local food vendors, refreshing beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and plenty of space to roam the trails as the sun sets over the prairie.
🎨 Bring Your Own Item to Dye! We encourage guests to bring a clothing item from home to transform. White, 100% cotton items work best (t-shirts, tote bags, socks, bandanas, etc.). We’ll provide the dyes and guidance—you bring the creativity!
Tie-dye is also a simple way to give new life to something already in your closet. Instead of buying something new, refresh an old favorite and keep it out of the landfill—a small, colorful act of sustainability.
$20 suggested donation.
In addition to tie-dye, enjoy lawn games, music, and time to connect with friends—old and new—in a casual outdoor setting.
This event is FREE and open to the public. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Adults and children are welcome, and no pre-registration is required unless you would like to take advantage of our childcare offerings.
