Vacation Day: Happy Birthday, Aldo!

$10 – $55Did you know that Aldo Leopold’s birthday is in January? Let’s celebrate his birthday by doing some of his favorite activities! We will learn how to observe nature and record what is happening outside. Phenology is a term you will get to learn and use to compare the timing of what we see and observe in the natural world with what others have seen in the past.
Please pack a sack lunch. AM and PM snacks provided.
Cost: $55/child (Members receive 10% discount)
Additional info:
— Vacation Day programming is designed for ages 5-12. Attendees will be split into groups according to age so material may be adjusted accordingly.
— Please send your child with an extra set of clothing, appropriate clothing to spend the majority of the day outdoors, and bug spray and/or sunscreen if appropriate.
Extended Day is available from 8:30-9am and 4-5:30pm at an additional cost. See previous page to register.
