Yoga For Good – Evening Yoga Class at ALNC
October 29, 2014 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Join us for an invigorating yoga class at the beautiful Aldo Leopold Nature Center every Wednesday evening from October 29 to December 17! This gentle yoga class, suitable for all levels (ages 10 and up), will be taught by instructor Meg Wambach, in the Nature Center’s Nature Classroom, with the beautiful native prairie as a backdrop. From her website, www.yoga-for-good.com:
“We teach a multi-style discipline designed so that all people can experience the numerous benefits of a personalized yoga practice. It is based on the philosophy that yoga is for everyone, not just those who are physically flexible, healthy, and free of injury or medical conditions. It is taught with fun and gentle guidance, and in a non-intimidating manner. From gentle & therapeutic classes, or athletic & dynamic classes … and anything in between. we teach with the FYB philosophy, “The Person, Not The Pose”®.“
The class will take place on Wednesdays from 6 pm to 7 pm.
