Gray treefrogs come in mottled shades of gray, brown, and green—perfect camouflage for blending into their surroundings. Unlike many other frogs, treefrogs spend most of their lives out of the water. Their sticky toe pads help them climb and cling to the trees and shrubs they call home.![]()
