A public lecture on "Aldo Leopold, Phenology and Climate Change" at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center in Monona on April 24 at 6:00PM. Aldo Leopold, UW professor best known as the author of A Sand County Almanac, was a keen observer of the natural world.

Otter 501 Movie Screening and “Wonderful Wildlife” Exhibit Event

Considering the many pathways through which climate change can adversely affect our health, global climate disruption poses enormous risks to human and societal health. At the same time, interventions to combat climate change by choosing more sustainable energy sources can offer potentially large health dividends and lives saved. These opportunities, along with climate change health risks, will be discussed in this presentation by Dr. Jonathan Patz, Professor & Director of the Global Health Institute at UW-Madison.
