This extended day session runs before programming from 8:30-9:00am and after programming from 4:00-5:30pm on Friday, November 13th, 2015. You can drop off and pick up at any point within these time periods.

We’re going out on a limb and saying this day will be ‘tree bien’! We’ll spend the day learning all about the forest, making tree & leaf art, homemade paper, taking measurements in the ALNC woods, examining how and why leaves change color and so many more tree-mendous topics!

Open your eyes and your ears to all that nature has to offer. Lace up your boots and join us as we discover nature on a hike. We will learn what we can find outside, how to be safe on the trails and what to bring if you want to hike for a long distance. All you need for this adventure is a desire to explore outside on the trail!
