Quarterly Earth Day: Winter Hike & Seed Feeder

January 27 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Winter is for the birds!

Join us on Saturday, January 27th from 10am to Noon at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center for a winter hike followed by a bird feeder craft. We’ll join the Bird & Nature Adventure scheduled for 10am, where we’ll hike through the grounds of ALNC into Edna Taylor Conservancy, exploring evidence of wildlife so abundant this time of year, nature tracks! Afterwards, we’ll head indoors to create a natural bird feeder that participants can take home to continue their observations of nature there.

This family-friendly land stewardship event is geared towards all ages. Spend a cold winter morning outside, connecting with one another and the land, and be sure to dress for the weather!

Registration is encouraged.
